“Our practice is not just about teeth—it’s about putting patients’ needs above our own. It’s amazing to me how many people have never been offered the time to sit and talk with their dentist. Talking with people outside the dentist chair helps us get a much better sense of what our patients need.”
Thomas W. Corwin, DDS, FAGD has worked in private practice for more than 25 years, joining the Restorative and Aesthetic Dental Associates team in 1993.
Tom believes visiting with patients and getting to know them on a personal level is critical so they know he will be attentive to their needs—and all of the details.
“Everyone is different as far as his or her goals, needs and values, and those change at different stages of our lives. Working on building strong relationships with our patients every day is central to doing the best job we can.”
Tom earned his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University and his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
In addition to his participation in Donated Dental Services, a humanitarian service for the disabled, elderly, and medically compromised, Tom also participates in the Free Denture Program, through Community Dental.
